Sand
At the “sand” you will stay at Blue Bay lodges on the Blue Bay Resort.
The lodges are conveniently equipped with a bathroom with shower and toilet, television, air conditioning and a small kitchen. All lodges have their own private terrace. The resort offers a palm tree beach. Here you will find white sand, green palm trees in combination with a beach bar, restaurant, swimming pool and playground.
You may also enjoy a relaxing massage underneath a “palapa”, or explore the reef just outside the bay. The dive school at the beach offers all you need. The resort was built around an 18-hole golf course, has tennis lawns and a spa. Ideal for both an active or a leisure holiday.
Sea
During the “sea” part of your combo you will be making an all-inclusive relax mini cruise of one or more nights on the motor vessel MS de Zeelandia. A 118 feet long self-powered vessel, built in 1936. This “classic old lady” is well known for its Caribbean atmosphere. It can hold 18 guests. All cabins are fully air conditioned and have a private shower and toilet.
The Zeelandia has a cosy bar at the main deck, a lounge deck, a sun deck and a dive / snorkel deck with outer shower. The decks will offer both sun or shade, whatever you prefer. You will sail along Curacao’s coastline from the home port “Piscadera” towards “Westpunt” and to the deserted island “Klein Curacao”. Along the route the Zeelandia will anchor at several beaches / bays, in order for you to enjoy swimming, snorkeling or diving. The tender will drop you off at beaches wherever you like. Spent the evenings and nights at the vessel’s bar, while enjoying a more then complete on board barbeque.
