Short stay (holiday)
95 euro per night (excluding 7% tourist tax) for 1-2 persons, including 3 weekly cleaning, fresh towels 3 times a week and bed linen twice a week. The price includes water and electricity except for the electricity of the air conditioning system. The lodge and the porch both have a ceiling fan, the usage of electricity for these fans are included in the price.
Long stay (minimum 2 months)
1100 euro per 4 weeks, excluding 7% tourist tax). The price includes water usage but excludes the usage of electricity. Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen take place once a week. More frequent cleaning and/or towels bed linen at an additional charge:
- • 2x week cleaning 75 euro per month extra;
- • 3x week cleaning 100 euro per month extra;
- • Hyundai Atos (manual transmission, air conditioning): Euro 27.50 per day.
- • Volkswagen Passat (Diesel, manual transmission, air conditioning) Euro 35,00 per day.
- • Hyundai Santa Fé (Diesel, automatic transmission, air conditioning) Euro 37,50 per day All prices including insurance, excluding 6% VAT
